Cherrywood Apartments Pet Policy

Cherrywood Apartments welcomes cats and dogs. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for one pet and a $250 non-refundable fee for two pets. Only two pets are allowed per apartment.

Pet rent for cats and dogs 35 pounds or less is $25/month per pet. Pet rent for dogs over 35 pounds is $35/month per dog.

Large dogs are permitted on the first floor and all dogs 35 pounds or less are permitted on all floors. Cats are permitted on all floors.

Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corso, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, or any other breed designated by the Landlord.

Argosy Apartments welcomes cats and dogs. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for one pet and a $250 non-refundable fee for two pets. Only two pets are allowed per apartment.
